  Called them twice, a month apart, to make sure they sent me a replacement credit card before it expires as I use it for all my day to day expenses. Aaand of course on the weekend they cancelled my expiring card a day early and now on the 1st of March - still no new card in the mail
  
  Time to give up on this Westpac run travesty. St George used to be a good bank.

  PATHETIC Service - The business banking line NEVER gets connected. The reception greet & says will put you to business banking & the line goes to a message rate pls our call today. I have tried calling the bank for last 3 weeks just to activate a token. frustrated.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

  St George has closed all branches in WA, one would assume that st George would offer a better customer service in WA considering you have no branches to address your concerns to. Unfortunately nothing of the kind.On the 13 number one can expect to Waite as st George has no human staff to address your enquiry .I was kept on hold yesturday for one and a half hours ! This morning I tried again only to be left on hold.So I thought I would call complaints, same again put on hold. Sorry St George you are a shower of s#$t !

  Doesn't care about customers, phone banking help support staff is useless. Save your time, go to a better bank.

  Contacted bank, on the phone for an hour, redirected three times from regular banking to customer finance. That then just hung up on me when the day had ended. Spent an hour on the phone, for no reason at all. You have terrible customer service and I refuse to every use you again, regardless of how competitive your prices are
